  23. you are the second person i've stumbled across on these newsgroups
  24. looking for info about amigas. i started learning after buying a dirt
  25. cheap amiga in order to write papers whilst in college.....soooo..
  26. i know what you are going through...
  27. here are a few good sources of info that i have discoverd.
  28. if you have a web browser check out http://www.amiga.de
  29. lots of hype but a good jumping off place...i think it has a bunch of
  30. links to other amiga oriented web pages...don't quote me on that
  31. though.
  32. you might also ftp to ftp.netnet.net or sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk
  33. these are both aminet ftp sites....if you look around long enough you
  34. should be able to find a amiga FAQ somewhere....
  35. and lastly, you might check out the #amiga channel on irc...i've found
  36. this to be a great place to ask questions...most people are helpfull
  37. most of the time...and they don't tend to make fun of you for asking
  38. stupid questions..
